Hi Classmates.  Your Reunion Committee received a letter from Byron "Lee" Weatherby.  He currently lives in Kenneth City, Fl.  He is unable to attend our Reunion however, shared this information.  

Dear Fellow Classmates:

Life has had many challenges. some failures, some succeses.  Training and Experience in The Strategic Air Command and Vietnam provided a good base for a Career.  I have a wonderful Wife, Marie.  She is a Retired LPn Hospice Nurse.  Now I work for The Lord Jesus Christ. Thanks to the Lord,  VA Hospital all my Health Challenges (Agent Orange)  are being kept in Check.  Best Wishes to each of you ... God Bless Byron "Lee" Weatherby  PS I do not have internet.

Hi Classmates, Your Reunion Committee received a message from Marcia Gochenbach Givens

Visitor message: Dear Bearcat family, 
I have waited until the last minute to see if things were going to change and the haven't. 
Meaning unfortunately I will not be able to attend our 55th reunion. 
My husband is not in good health so U very much hesitate leaving him. 
Also, my county here in Florida is having one of the highest rates of patients in hospitals because if COVID-19 and the Delta variant! 
I feel I cannot subject myself to getting on a plane and sorry to say chancing any classmate (s) who have still decided not to get vaccinated! 
I wish all who attend a wonderful weekend and pray all stay safe. 
It really saddens me to have to miss the reunion.
